Videoscopes are high-precision inspection equipment that allow you to look into hard to reach crevices of certain products without disassembly or causing damage.

Prepare the power supply

Examine the videoscope and accessories
Each device should be inspected according to the following procedures before each use. Do not use the videoscope if minor defects or abnormalities are found. Feel free to contact our qualified technicians if you have any concerns.

• Insert the lithium battery into the battery compartment of the videoscope as required
• Press the power button to open the videoscope and begin
• Plug in the AC adapter for charging when the power is low

Operation procedure

• Hold with your left hand the videoscope operation section, and with your right hand, insert the hose
• Insert the videoscope
  Gently insert the videoscope probe into the target object
• Brightness adjustment
  Adjust the brightness of the light source to get the most comfortable illumination and the clearest image
• Observe position adjustment
  Operate the motor-controlled bending angle lever, which can realize 360° motion. You can adjust the camera angle to the best viewing angle and position according to your needs.
• Bending operation and locking
  Motor-controlled bending angle and locking can be operated by the back-lock shortcut button. If the bending angle control mechanism stops its function, or if there is any abnormality in the operation of the videoscope, please stop the observation immediately. Release the motor-controlled bending angle lever (at this time, the camera will be automatically returned to its position by the motor). Please withdraw the videoscope while observing the conditions.
  If you feel any abnormal resistance when turning the motor -controlled bending angel lever, do not force it to bend further.
  The habit of turning the motor-controlled bending angle lever should be developed.

Cleaning

After the daily routine inspection, the following operations must be carried out:

① Wipe the insert part with a clean cloth and remove the fluid on the surface. Do not press hard on the bending part.
② Remove the battery or adapter.

Safekeeping

① The videoscope should be completely dried prior to storage, with special attention to the head parts and all lens surfaces. Carefully dry the objective lens and light guide lens with a dry cotton swab.
② Storage place should be clean, dry, well ventilated and maintain normal temperature, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and high humidity.
③ The hoer of the videoscope should be kept as straight as possible. If the hoer must be coiled, do not wrap it more tightly than if placed in the videoscope box.

Announcement

Before shutting down the system, please turn the angle of the probe back to straight to realize better maintenances.
If the videoscope is not in use for a long time, please remove the battery from the battery compartment.
Do not use chargers and batteries that are not compatible with the device.
